Our standalone intelligent workstation is an efficient solution for small metal structural parts processing. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, eliminating the need for complex teach programming and supporting one-click startup technology and visual interaction mode for operation. Equipped with our self-developed intelligent welding and vision system, it can accurately identify and calculate weld positions through visual photography, scribing, and laser scanning. After determining the actual weld position based on the scanning results, it automatically matches welding process parameters such as current, voltage, welding speed, and torch姿态 (torch posture) according to the weld fillet size, and creates robot-recognizable program instructions based on the welding trajectory and processes, which are then transmitted to the robot to complete the welding. The equipment is flexible in installation and can be installed in a suitable location according to the actual factory situation. A single unit can complete welding, cutting, grinding and other work for small metal structural workpieces such as corbels, purlin brackets, tower feet, and equipment supports. Multiple units can also be combined to process larger workpieces.
