Our cantilever seven-axis intelligent workstation is an efficient solution designed for welding, cutting, and grinding of medium and large steel structural components. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, eliminating the need for teaching programming, supporting one-click startup and visual interaction mode, ensuring convenient and efficient operation. Its seven-axis cantilever walking axis design significantly improves the adaptability of workpieces in length and width directions, compatible with the adaptability of ground rail workstations, especially enhancing processing capabilities in the width direction. The system deeply integrates welding processes, accurately locates component welds through the visual system, calls the work-cloth welding expert database based on the obtained weld coordinate information to automatically generate and execute welding programs. For fillet welds, vertical fillet welds, and multi-layer multi-pass welds of arbitrarily placed workpieces, it can achieve precise and rapid welding without programming, teaching, or graphic import. Meanwhile, it is equipped with auxiliary functions such as arc tracking and automatic torch cleaning, supporting long-term continuous operation. A single workstation can complete welding, cutting, and grinding of steel structural steel beams, steel columns, equipment platform beams, equipment brackets, box columns, and bridge and ship plate units with a width of less than 2 meters. If two sets of equipment are combined, when placed side by side along the length direction, the working area is approximately 12000×2400mm, with an overall floor area of about 14000×5000mm; when placed side by side along the width direction, the working area is approximately 6000×2400mm, with an overall floor area of about 7000×11000mm. It is particularly suitable for the welding production of steel structural roof beams, H-shaped steel beams and columns, crane beams, corbels, and other workpieces. With high adaptability, intelligence, and stable continuous operation capability, it provides reliable guarantee for your medium and large component processing.
