Our Longmen Eight-Axis Dual-Robot Intelligent Workstation is an efficient solution designed for welding extra-large, extra-wide, and extra-tall components. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, eliminating the need for teach pendant programming, and supports one-click startup and visual interaction mode for convenient and efficient operation. The standard eight-axis gantry structure has a length, width, and height of 24000×4500×550mm, and the ground rail length can be customized according to user requirements, currently supporting a maximum length of 140 meters, with the gantry span supporting a maximum rail distance of 14 meters. Its dual-robot design enables two robots to weld both sides of the same weld simultaneously to prevent workpiece deformation, or they can work independently and weld the same type of component synchronously, significantly improving production efficiency and welding quality. The workstation is compatible with the adaptability of ground rail, seven-axis cantilever, eight-axis cantilever, and seven-axis gantry workstations. The system deeply integrates welding processes, precisely positions component welds through the vision system, and automatically generates and executes welding programs by calling the welding expert library based on the acquired weld coordinate information. For fillet welds, vertical fillet welds, and multi-layer multi-pass welds of arbitrarily placed workpieces, it can achieve precise and rapid welding without programming, teaching, or graphics import. It is also equipped with auxiliary functions such as arc tracking and automatic torch cleaning, supporting long-term continuous operation. It is particularly suitable for scenarios with extra-long, extra-wide, and extra-tall requirements such as large mechanical equipment, secondary assembly of bridges and ships, and box-type structures.
