Our Longmen 9-axis dual-robot intelligent workstation is a core equipment built to meet the welding needs of extra-large, extra-wide, and extra-high steel structures. It integrates the independently developed GBOS intelligent operating system, eliminating the need for teaching programming, supporting one-click start and visual interaction mode, significantly reducing the operation threshold. The standard 9-axis gantry structure has a length, width, and height of 24000×4500×1800mm, and the ground track length can be customized according to user requirements, currently supporting a maximum length of 140 meters, a maximum gantry span of 14 meters gauge, and a maximum effective stroke of 4.5 meters for the lifting axis. Its 9-axis gantry行走轴 design significantly improves the adaptability of workpieces in length, width, and height directions, and the X, Y, Z additional axes can be flexibly customized according to product structures. The dual-robot design enables two robots to work collaboratively or separately, further improving production efficiency and welding quality. Each workstation's standard configuration includes a control system, gantry traveling mechanism, 2 sets of arc welding robots, 2 sets of robot welding power supplies and cooling water tanks, 2 sets of intelligent welding vision systems, and 2 sets of water-cooled torch systems, etc. The system deeply integrates welding processes, accurately locates component welds through the vision system, calls the welding process expert library to automatically generate welding programs. For fillet welds, vertical fillet welds, and multi-layer multi-pass welds placed arbitrarily, it can achieve precise and rapid welding without programming, teaching, or graphic import, while having auxiliary functions such as arc tracking and automatic torch cleaning, supporting long-term continuous operation. It is particularly suitable for scenarios with extra-long, extra-wide, and extra-high requirements such as large mechanical equipment, secondary assembly of bridges and ships, and box-type structures. It is widely used in automated welding of various steel structures such as steel structure buildings, bridges, and ships, and can meet the welding requirements of various fillet welds such as H-shaped steel structures, bridge plate units, and transverse plates. It also has continuous upgrade capability and can be adapted to more welding scenarios in the later stage, providing reliable guarantee for your heavy and extra-large component processing with high adaptability, intelligence, and stable continuous operation capability.
